TLDR : Answer Summary
When holding a NON-O visa based on marriage and having obtained a one-year extension of stay, you must re-enter Thailand before the expiry of your extension to avoid renewing the visa process. The re-entry stamp's validity corresponds with the extension of stay and expires simultaneously.

You have to enter before the expiry of your extension of stay otherwise you start the visa process again

The length of the re-entry stamp is the same length as your extension of stay, and they expire at the same time.
