Ive just got my Non-O visa stamp in my passport and have to go back in 8-12 weeks for a 12 month extention. My question is. Can I now travel outside of Thailand with a re-entry permit before i get the extension. I think I can but just want to make sure.
Many thanks in advance.
TLDR : Answer Summary
Yes, you can travel outside of Thailand after receiving your Non-O visa stamp, provided you obtain a re-entry permit before leaving the country. It is essential to return to Thailand before your current visa stamp and re-entry permit expire. A re-entry permit will not extend your current stay but allows you to return while maintaining your visa status.
