Happy new year to everyone here. I just have a quick inquiry. I am currently on non o based on marriage and this is my first time so it means I haven’t done the extension. However, I do have some emergency that I need to fly out soon. My question is, can I apply for the re-entry visa while just having the non o single entry visa without any extension yet?
TLDR : Answer Summary
A single entry Non-O visa based on marriage allows you to apply for a re-entry visa. However, you need to be aware that this visa only provides a 90-day stay and the re-entry permit does not extend this duration. You must return before the expiration of your 90-day stamp. If you find that you need more time, consider applying for a 60-day extension for visiting family in Thailand before obtaining your re-entry permit.
