TLDR : Answer Summary
A Multiple Entry Non-O visa based on marriage allows you to stay in Thailand for 90 days at each entry without requiring a re-entry permit, as long as you enter before the expiration date on the visa.

As long as you enter before the valid until or enter before date mentioned on your Multiple Entry Non Immigrant O visa sticker in your passport you get 90 days of stay at entry. No need or re-entry permits.
I can tell you what's required in aus, but as for savannakhet I'm not too sure, I'm sure either Robert lagas or tod Daniels will be able to give them to you In the morning :) but i believe it's pretty straight forward.
no, a single entry is exactly that... one entry.... if you come and go regularly, a one year ME is the way to go for sure, it works out a hell of a lot cheaper, only around 5000b however not all embassies issue them. One of the admin team will confirm I'm sure... savannakhet still.do them, I had mine issued in Australia, really depends on what passport you hold, and where you have access to.
yes helps a lot thank you .....is it the same for single entry .am in the middle of changing job buying house out side pattaya so trying to get right the first time lol
as long as you have a 1 year multiple entry Visa, you can come and go as many times as you like within that year WITHOUT having to buy a re entry permit... however, each time you come in, you can only stay a MAXIMUM of 90 days per entry until your Visa has expired. If you stamp in just before the Visa expires, you can stay in Thailand until the end of the last 90 permitted entry. I'm using the same Visa at the minute, no need to 90 report either. :) hope this helps
all it is with all the problems with visas I want to make sure I got the right 1.am married to a thai with baby.so every time I come thailand il get 90 days with non o single visa. then I leave thail go back to work as normal then they stamp me in again the nxt time I guess....or do I have to worry about reentry permits

Dimitri Visser you can stay 90 days, than you have to activate a new 90 day period but leaving and coming bank into Thailand. But well planned it could be nearly 15 months and on top the 60 day Extension of stay to visit your family, makes it 17 months in total.
