TLDR : Answer Summary
The user inquires whether it is normal not to be prompted for flight reservations, airline details, and testing schedules when registering for the Certificate of Entry (COE) for the Phuket Sandbox. Responses suggest that the user may still be in the pre-approval phase, and they should check the registration site to add their details or wait for further communication regarding the pre-approval status.

I think you are still in pre-approval phase, they will email you with 'go ahead' once pre-approval is complete.
