Do I need to resubmit my Thai Pass application if I didn't include my PCR test info?

Just booked flights , SHA plus hotel, Insurance etc. Filled out my Thai pass and got it all in apart from the last bit where it asked for my day 1 and day 5 PCR test. Do the hotel book automatically for you

I've contacted them with my details. I managed to submit without the test info. Will I have to fill the whole form out again?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user has booked flights, a hotel in Thailand, and filled out their Thai Pass application but omitted the details of their day 1 and day 5 PCR tests. They are wondering if they need to resubmit the entire application or if they can simply add the missing information. Comments suggest that users can edit their application details if it is still under review. It is also indicated that if the hotel booking confirms the PCR test inclusion, that should suffice for the submission.

If you booked a test and go package with the hotel then it should state the pcr tests on the booking confirmation.

Where are you flying in to? And what hotel(s) have you booked?

If you're going through Bangkok, you don't need to put anything in there as your hotel receipt should say paid, and that it includes the tests

If you go back on the website to check your status it will say reviewing. It gives you the option to change or edit your details. You might as well go on now and add it. I submitted mine on the first and have just received an email to say it’s rejected because the could not read my name on my Covid test. I just put my hotel reservation on for the PCR test booking as it has to be included. Good luck
