Hi. Is there any any website to check the list of appproved COE application because the embassy in penang is not answering my call and email? Thank you

From my limited experience of my wife and I having received a COE.

First they give you a spot on a repatriation flight. You then pay for the flight, show evidence of payment for ASQ and Medical Insurance covering Covid for not less than 100k usd.

Then they’ll issue you a COE. Have they given you a spot on a flight as yet?

Depends when you are calling dont call in office hours. I found with Thai Singapore embassy was best to call the hour or two in afternoon when office was closed for visitors.

For Singapore that was 4 to 6 pm.
