TLDR : Answer Summary
The inquiry concerns renewing a Non O marriage visa in Thailand with funds in the bank for less than the required two months (only 50 days). Responses indicate that if the funds have not been in the bank for the full two months, there could be issues during the renewal process. Several commenters suggest applying for a 60-day family visit extension to allow time for the funds to meet the seasoning requirement. It's crucial to apply for the extension before the current visa expires, and advice points out that the handling can vary by immigration officer.

this happens quite a lot. If the money is not seasoned the requisite TWO months (not 60 days but two calendar months) you can apply for a 60 day visit family extension (which requires no proof of funds) and that will give you the time until the money for the yearly extension based on marriage is seasoned enough

The rules is 60 days, they are strict on that ive heard.

I do not know what the last day of your Admitted to Stay is, you can apply for Extension till this last day. If it does not match the 2 months, you can apply for a 2 months Extension of Stay without financial proof to visit your wife. Than the money is long enough in the bank to apply for a 1 year Extension of Stay again.

You're welcome

I have all document

Just have problem

In complete 2 month of deposit money
Robert *******
Yes, if you have the time wait till the 2 months are completed. If that is 20 days before just wait another 3 or 4 days to make sure. Plenty of time left if you forget one of the other needed copies.

I don't know. You do not renew your Visa. You apply for an Extension of Stay of your Admitted to Stay period. If 20 days before the Admitted to Stay period ends your money is 2 months in the bank it should be no problem. If it is not 2 months just apply to visit your wife get 60 days and apply again for the 1 year max 30 days before last date of Extension.

And if I apply

Before 20 day of my visa expires date

That’s is fine ?

Is that enough time for Renew visa ?

The money must be in a Thai bank and in the foreigners sole name. Immigration are strict on timescales for the money. No leeway.

@Rob***
. Agree, that what I meant in my lost comment

@Hendri *****
He want to apply for an Extension of Stay at a local Immigration office, not for a new Visa at an Embassy or Consulate. You can apply for Extension of Stay at some offices 45 days, others 30 days before the last day of Admitted to Stay stamp in your passport.

as my experienced, we can not apply the new one before the previous visa reach the expired date. My visa expired at 24 Oct, I tried to applied at 15 Oct and they rejected my application. Thai consular in Jakarta.
