TLDR : Answer Summary
It is not possible to extend a Thai O visa while in Cambodia; extensions must be handled at a Thai immigration office within Thailand. However, you can apply for a new Non O visa at a Thai consulate or embassy in Cambodia before returning.

No, you can't extend a visa for thailand anywhere but in thailand at the immigration office so you would need to come back and get your extension here.
