I am only new here

This question has possibly been asked a thousand times, hope someone has some accurate advice

I am here on a 60 day tourist visa and want to extend another 30 days tourist 

I have been here now for just over 30 days

I will be applying in Jomtien 

1.    How soon can I apply  ?

2.    Do I need an appointment  ?

3.    What paperwork do I need to proceed. ?

Any solid advice will be appreciated
