TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking advice on how to extend their Thai visa for an additional 30 days while in Pattaya, after having already spent 14 days in Thailand. Comments clarify that an extension can be applied for at the immigration office in Pattaya, specifically at Chonburi Jomtien Immigration, but only within the last week of the visa's validity. The 1900 Baht fee is confirmed for this extension, and a completed TM30 form from the accommodation provider is necessary.

If you are doing extension chonburi jomtien immigration you will need a completed hard copy paper tm30 from your accommodation provider and you can only do extension there in your last 7 days of your original stay if you try and do extension there early let's say 2 weeks left on your original visa or visa exempt they will tell you to go away Chokh di

Yes Jomtien is the best place..

After your 60 days you can go to any immigration office and extend 30 days no problem cost 1900 bht ๐Ÿ‘

he needs to get the extension before his 60 day stamp expires, not after it's expired, he will be on overstay.

and not "on any immigration" but only the immigration which is serving the area where he is registered per TM30

@Nongnuch *******
does one need TM30 to extend exempt tourist entry for another 30 days? I believe BKK is crazy busy. What about Hua Hin / Cha Am ?

Jomtien?

@Rok *******
some immigration offices now are asking for a completed TM30 before they let you apply for a touristic extension, and I think (I am not 100% sure) that this is a requirement for Jomtien and Bangkok

@Nongnuch *******
yes I meant before 60 days is finished โœ…

OMG! . . . . he must visit Immigration BEFORE THE 60 DAYS ARE OVER, not "after".. . . . . . . . . "After your 60 days" he will be in overstay!

You can only apply for a tourist extension in Pattaya when you're in the final week of your entry stamp.

is it the same in.all areas

some offices allow you to apply when you have 30 days left, and some allow 45 days.

Pattaya is one of only a very few that restrict it to only a few days.

Is the issue of the extension Visa straightforward, otherwise, it puts return flight to the UK in a bit of a difficult povision
