TLDR : Answer Summary
The user seeks advice on options for extending their stay in Thailand after their tourist visa expires. They have already extended their 60-day tourist visa for an additional 30 days and are considering either a land crossing into Cambodia or flying out to return later. Comments suggest that land border runs can be done selectively, but the need for a Cambodian visa should be taken into account.

Don't bounce at the Aranyaprathet - Poi Pet border and you should be okay.

Simon you can do a land border run. Carefully choose the border crossing into Cambodia. Hopefully others will reply as to most friendly Cambodia border crossing....

I was in the same position. I did a border bounce on the Chiang Kong border/Laos border. Took a couple of hours

Or, it's because he arrives by air. In that case, no limit (pending the IO one gets, of course :) )
