Can I do a visa run to extend my stay in Thailand after a tourist visa extension?

ORIGINAL POSTERI extended my 2 month tourist visa already 30 days. Now I can stay till 27. March. Originally I planned to go to Vietnam or Malaysia and apply for a new 2 month visa. But now I'm not sure if I can come back with my Swiss Passport. What should I do? Visa run to the border asap to get new 30 days?

AS long as you don't use up two land entry on visa-exempt scheme, you can do border bounce at land border to be stamped for 30days.,
