Good evening everyone especially Tod and Robert who know there stuff.

I am from the UK on a 90 day retirement visa I have not declared any income or shown bank statements. I went to Hull for completion and they sent my application to London no problem.

I am approximately 55 days into my stay.

My question is can I add to the 90 days without leaving Thailand

I guy tells me in a bar in pattaya go to jomtien no problem.

I am not sure he is correct so I ask you wise for the answer to my query.

By the way I am residing very close to the government centre

Changwattana only in pattaya for a couple of days but I can come back to jomtien no problem.

Thank you in advance

TLDR : Answer Summary
The original poster (O/P) is currently in Thailand on a 90-day Non-O retirement visa. They are inquiring whether they can extend this 90-day period without exiting the country, despite not having declared any income or shown bank statements. The discussions involve clarification on whether their visa is a single or multiple entry and the steps necessary for extending their stay.

After deleting some of the posts suggesting illegal activity, and the comments I think the O/P knows how to get a yearly extension now if they want one.

Thanx
@Rob***
, for going over the requirements to the O/P.

If I understand correctly: You applied in the UK for the Non Immigrant O visa based on retirement. You came to Thailand and they stamped you in for 90 days and now you like to stay longer without leaving Thailand. The big question is what kind of Visa you have: a Single Entry or the Multiple Entry Non Immigrant O. If you look at the Visa sticker you can see the text Nr of Entries and underneath there is the letter S from Single or the M from Multiple. If it is the M you can just go to any border leave Thailand, stamp in/out neighbor country and stamp back into Thailand for a new 90 day period.

Thanks, Yes you can stay. But need to apply at local immigration for Extension of Stay, problem is you already here for 55 days, the requirement is to have 800.000 Thb on a Thai bank account o your name for the last 2 months, if you have it will be no problem. Alternative is contact your Embassy and apply for the income statement with a minimum income of 65.000 Thb a month. Than with copies of passport and income statement you can apply for 1 year Extension of Stay.
