I believed this question had being asked before but I cannot search for similar thread.

My Non O Marriage Visa expired on 18 Aug and will be relocating back to my home country. However I would like to extend my stay for another 2 weeks till end of August.

What are my options? Can I apply for a further short term for like 14 days with proof of my return air ticket? And where?

Or Leave the country before my non o expired and return after the expiry date?

Thank you in advance for your reply

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking advice on options to extend their stay in Thailand for two weeks after their Non O Marriage Visa expired on August 18, as they will be relocating back to their home country. They inquire about the possibility of a short-term visa extension with proof of their return ticket or the option to leave and return to Thailand after their visa expiration.

Why do you say re-enter after your current stamp expires, do you have an active re-entry permit?

My multiple re-entry expired same day as my non O. So I will return as a normal visitor with a proof of another out of Thailand air ticket as proof of exit. Will this work?

OK, yes you can re-enter from the following day

There is no short-term extension for Non-immigrant type visas and extensions.

If you haven't applied for a 60-day family visit extension with your current series of initial visa and following extensions, you can apply for it at the local immigration office by showing proof of relationship with a Thai wife.

If you have already applied for it with your current stay, you have no choice but to leave within the current stamp and enter Thailand again to avoid overstay.
