Do I need to report my new address to Pattaya immigration immediately after moving from Bangkok on a retirement visa?

I'm on a retirement visa so I have to report every 90 days. I am going to be moving from Bkk to Pattaya soon. Do I have to go to Pattaya immigration (no idea where that is) to report new address? If so do I just go? Within how many days of moving in? Or do I wait for my new landlord to do something before I go?

Thank you

TLDR : Answer Summary
If you are moving from Bangkok to Pattaya on a retirement visa, you need to report your new address to the local immigration office. It is advisable to go to the Jomtien immigration office and file a TM.30 form within 24 hours of moving into your new residence.
