TLDR : Answer Summary
When moving from Pattaya to Rayong on a retirement visa, you need to visit the immigration office with your lease, a completed change of address form, and the relevant documents. Specifically, you will need the TM30 form, a signed copy of your ID, and possibly the house book from your landlord. The process is straightforward and not overly complex.
