TLDR : Answer Summary
When moving from Pattaya to Rayong on a retirement visa, you need to visit the immigration office with your lease, a completed change of address form, and the relevant documents. Specifically, you will need the TM30 form, a signed copy of your ID, and possibly the house book from your landlord. The process is straightforward and not overly complex.

It should be the TM30 form, signed copy ID and house book of the landlord. It is not complexed.
