TLDR : Answer Summary
The user shares their experience of moving from Pattaya to Rayong with a retirement visa. They initially panicked about the paperwork required for changing their address at immigration but found it to be a simple process. With the right documents, including a house lease and a TM 30 change of address form, they completed the registration in just four minutes at the Rayong immigration office.

Thanks and well done. As you see, Immigration Officers are not that bad if you have the correct paperwork. Enjoy your new place.
