Hi everyone. I'm here on a retirement visa. As a renter, what do I need to do for change of address from Pattaya to Bangkok? The condo owner has already filed form TM30 online yesterday. I need to make my 90-day report this week and the system won't allow me to do it online.

TLDR : Answer Summary
A user on a retirement visa in Thailand is seeking advice on changing their address from Pattaya to Bangkok. The condo owner has filed form TM30 online, but the user needs to know about the requirements for reporting their address change for their upcoming 90-day report. Community comments suggest verifying if a TM28 form is necessary and emphasize the need to report in person due to the address change, noting that Bangkok typically does not require a TM28 if the TM30 has already been submitted.

If your landlord has already submitted the TM30 for Bangkok, get a copy of it off him and use that when you file your 90-dayer at CW. Bangkok doesn't call for TM28

Check if your office requires a TM28 change of address form. But either way you'll likely need to do your next report in person since you moved.
