to apply for a DTV visa on the [members only] my country is not listed, how can I still send and receive it online, can I for example send the form to the embassy in London without being British? 

Thanks for your advice and case

You have to be physically in the country for which you are applying through. If your country is not listed, maybe they still do it in person.

- The poster was asking why his country was not listed, so that is why I said they may still have in person services (or maybe no consulate in his country). He then asked a different question about applying via evisa in UK from afar and I was highlighting he needed to be in the UK to use their evisa portal.
