How can I add my Chinese wife to my retirement visa without applying for another visa?
I , American,applied for my retirement visa, how can I get my wife, Chinese, added without setting up another retirement visa?

Generally you’d need to be on the year extension of stay from a retirement visa. Then your wife could go to a nearby consulate and apply for a non O based on being dependent of a person on a long term extension.
