TLDR : Answer Summary
To obtain a visa under your retired husband's visa in Thailand, you need to follow several steps. First, your husband must secure an extension of stay based on his retirement status (being over 50). You will need certified translations of your marriage certificate to apply for a Non-O visa, which may need to be processed outside of Thailand. Ensure that your marriage certificate is legalized by your embassy and possibly approved by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Bangkok. You cannot apply for this visa while inside Thailand; you’ll need to find a nearby country that issues Non-O visas for trailing spouses. It’s advisable to coordinate your visa extension with your husband’s schedule to avoid discrepancies. If this seems complex, you may consider hiring a visa agent for assistance.

You can't do it inside Thailand. You need to find a nearby country that will issue you a Non-O visa for a trailing spouse, when you return to Thailand visit immigration and ask for an extension. It should be aligned with your husband's annual extension so if he has 6 months remaining on his extension that is all you will get them both extend together next time. You only need 800k if getting your own retirement visa

Marriage license legalized from your embassy in Thailand. Then ask for a seal of approval from Ministry of Foreign in Bangkok. If your embassy wouldn't legalized it, you have to fly back to your country to get it authenticated by Thai embassy in your country. Or consult an agency. I heard it is 15k+ bahts and marriage license still needed even so.

You'll need translated and certified copies of your marriage certificate to apply for a Non Imm O visa. You may need to apply outside of Thailand for the initial visa.

Cannot. First, your husband need to obtain an extension of stay based on being over 50. Then you need to obtain the infor on what you require from your local Immigration office because the requirements vary.

My husband has retirement visa for 2 years already, he is over 50 now. I have work permit, but want to quit my job and stay under his retirement visa. Why can’t?

you will need to leave an apply for a non-o visa in a neighboring country the you can piggyback on his extension, does he have an Elite visa ??? Not sure you can do this if it’s an Elite Holder

He has visa for 10 years, but every year has to extend his stay. So possibly he is on an extension as you said… Don’t you know what I need to stay under his visa in that case? Should I have 800 000 thb for some months on my account? Thank you for your answers🙏🏻

It may be semantics. Check your husbands passport. He is either on a Visa (as you say) or on an extension of stay. If he is on a visa you cannot attach to it. If he is on an extension, then it is possible.
