TLDR : Answer Summary
The Covid Visa is not suspended from March; however, its application has been extended until the end of March. Currently, only those on visa-exempt and tourist visas can obtain Covid extensions. Non-O visa holders must either renew their visa or leave Thailand after a short grace period.
NON-O RETIREMENT VISA RESOURCES / SERVICES
Go to the Retirement Visa Section for information on requirements, including age restrictions, financial requirements, and necessary documentation.
For immediate assistance, contact Thai Visa Centre directly via LINE at @ThaiVisaCentre or Email them.
Explore recent discussions by using the Non-O Retirement Visa tag in the search box at the top of the page.
So in that case then what are the options left for people living here on Covid Visa?

It's available untill 25th March for anyone who entered the country visa exempt or on a tourist visa

What IS " covid extension" ?

They're not suspended from March as such - the ability to apply for has been extended until March. Whether they offer it past March is a guess.

Only those on visa exempt and tourist visa can get Covid extensions now. All those on Non o visas which are expiring either renew their visa or get a 7 day get out of Thailand stamp. Not expecting any more extensions after end of March.
