I'm a Australian entering Thailand tomorrow morning.

Is any chance I can get a 60 days visa in Don Mueang Airport?

If not what is the best way?

Thanks in advance.

TLDR : Answer Summary
An Australian traveler inquiring about obtaining a 60-day visa at Don Mueang Airport has received responses indicating that such a visa cannot be issued at the airport. Instead, it is suggested that the traveler should have applied for a 60-day tourist visa prior to departure in Australia. The only option mentioned for extending stay would be a 30-day extension available through a local immigration office.

Simple answer is no you can not get at the airport, as no such thing, you should have applied for a 60 day visa in Australia before you left.
