Hello, regarding the Non-O Thai Family… the consulate webpage says:

……This allows the visa holder to enter Thailand with a maximum stay of 90 days.

Does it mean that I will be able to extend this visa for another 1 month by means of border run or the exempt visa stamp at Immi?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The Non-O Thai Family visa allows a maximum stay of 90 days but does not permit a simple 30-day extension via border run or exempt visa stamp. Extensions are only possible through specific processes such as applying for a 60-day extension if married to a Thai or having a Thai child, or a 1-year extension based on the original visa purpose.

No, a non-O visa is not eligible for any 30 day extension.

The only options for an extension on a non-O visa are the 60 day visiting Thai family extension if you're married to a Thai or have a Thai child, or the 1-year extension based on the same reason you got the visa for.

Doing a border run is not an extension.

Thank you but I believe that I wasn‘t precise enough.

My wife is Thai and I would apply for the Thai Family Visa through the eVisa in my home country, not in Thailand.

That‘s why I copied the sentence with the „maximum stay 90 days“.

I am not sure if I could extend such eVisa for a further 30 days

I know what you were asking and I answered it. There is no 30 day extension to ANY non-O visa regardless of where it came from.
