I am applying for a 90 day Non imm O visa based on marriage from the UK soon but am not sure if there will be any issues with the Royal Thai Embassy as I have already booked my return flight which is for 4 months (Booked months a go).
Answer summary
The individual is applying for a 90-day Non-O visa based on marriage while expressing concern that their previously booked return flight for 4 months might pose issues with the Royal Thai Embassy. Community members indicate that a Non-O visa grants a 90-day stay, and typically does not require evidence of onward travel. Furthermore, there is an option to extend the visa for an additional 60 days if they have immediate family in Thailand.

A Non-O visa only gets you stamped in for 90 days. But if you have immediate family in Thailand you can apply for a 60 day "visiting Thai family" extension at your local immigration office inside Thailand
