For those that applied in Taiwan, do they ask to see the contract for remote employees? and do they check the starting and finishing date? also

I can almost guarantee every embassy will ask to see the contract as well as the employment certificate

Yes they asked to see the contract. They look at the dates. They would not accept one of my contracts that started In 2 weeks from my appliction. Only current contracts I was told, luckily I had a few others.
