Can I apply for a DTV visa while working remotely from Thailand with a new employer?

Hi. I'd like to apply for a DTV visa in Poland. I have an employment contract with a new employer from September 1st. I work 100% remotely. I've spoken with my employer and they can issue me a document authorizing me to work from Thailand. Do you have any experience with this? Will the embassy approve this form of employment for two months?

I'd be grateful for any information and advice.
