TLDR : Answer Summary
For your visa application, it's advisable that your employment contract or certificate explicitly states that you are allowed to work remotely, especially from Thailand. Some users recommend adding a note like 'Fully remote position' to your contract to enhance your application. This specificity helps in meeting visa requirements as it clarifies your working arrangement.

Yes, it helps.

Ask your company to add "Fully remote position" or similar to the contract your submitting. Even better if it says that you can work from Thailand.
