I have an employment contract from 20.11.2024 (civil law contract, not b2b like most of you) for remote work from Poland (EU) in accounting (employer's consent and specified country in the contract). in the contract the gross amount (minimum salary) is about 1000 euros.

1) will such a contract go through? it's new

2) can they complain that the salary is too low?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The employment contract should be acceptable for a Thai visa application as long as all other required documents are provided and the contract specifies Thailand as the designated country. There is no income requirement related to salary; instead, applicants must demonstrate a capital requirement of 500,000 THB in their bank account.

Will be fine as long as you have the other required documents and obviously the ‘specified country’ is Thailand.
