TLDR : Answer Summary
The consensus among commenters is that for the DTV (Digital Work Visa) application, an employment contract must be from your home country, not from a Thai company. Using a Thai employment contract could lead to a rejection of the visa application. It's advised to provide a remote work contract from the country where you originate, including a statement from your employer permitting remote work.

Do NOT! use Thai work contract. Your DTV has high chance of being rejected because of that. Send them a work contract from another country(country you live in) including a statement of your boss/hr that you are allowed to work remotely. Let them sign it and stamp it if they have a company stamp.
