My foreign friend (American) wants to apply for DTV. Where should I start? I would be appreciated all helpful information to get started. We live near Immigration office at Government building complex on Chaengwattana road.

Have to apply outside of Thailand for one, look through posts on here to find out what embassy’s is currently ‘the best’ then for his sake get a company to help, I suggest. Grace at @thevisacentre
