ORIGINAL POSTERIs anyone has an experience of changing visa from DTV visa to Non-B visa inside the country?
If not possible, is it required to apply Non-B at where the DTV issued embassy?
My DTV was issued at Laos
I don’t want to go again to Laos and I think it is not possible to have 2 visas at the same time.

Cancel the DTV where you got it. Apply for the initial Non B 90 at any embassy outside the country. Probably online now (I did it 20 years ago).
