Do DTV dependent applications get reviewed together if submitted separately?

Question about DTV dependents HCMC

Does anyone know if dependent applications are reviewed together as a family, even if each application was submitted and paid for separately?

I submitted DTV dependent applications for my wife and our two young children on the same day, but each one was a separate application/payment, about an hour apart.

My own DTV is already approved.

Does the separate payment/application mean they may review each dependent at different times, or will the consulate normally see that they all belong to the same main DTV holder and review them together?

I’m mainly concerned about a situation where my wife gets approved but one of the children remains pending.

Would appreciate hearing from anyone who applied with multiple dependents and has experience with this. 🙏
