Several users suggest various options including the 90-day Non-O visa as a custodian to a Thai child, a multi-entry tourist visa, or a two separate tourist visa strategy. There are discussions regarding the requirements for a Guardian visa and confirmation that getting a visa for raising a Thai child is possible but may have subjective requirements.
