Hi, i get quite confuse and would need advise.

I was on a first Non B from 14 February 2020 to 13 May 2020 as per stamp from immigration. Now i am under amnesty.

If i understand well the situation, i have to go to make a 90 days report?!

Also, as i am looking to find a new job, i would like to be able to extend my stay until end october expecting business in my professional area getting better and company starting to hire again. Is there a possibility to make a one month extension after the 26 september, is the embassy letter the only possibility?

Thanks a lot for your kind help

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking advice about the process of filing a 90-day report and the possibility of extending their stay for an additional month after September 26, while currently under a Non-B visa and amnesty. A comment suggests that a letter from the user's embassy may be necessary for a 30-day extension, but many embassies may not provide this letter after the specified date.

Good luck on your new job search.

And yes after September you will need a letter requesting a 30 days extension from your Embassy stating you are unable to return to your home country.

FYI...many Embassy's have already stated no such letters will be given out to those still in Thailand September 26th. Check with yours.

Good luck...stay safe.
