Hello everybody. 

I’m seeing some people are getting questioned when coming back into Thailand with dtv visas..

If I had about 350k baht in the bank and the rest cash to show for my funds would this be acceptable has anyone had this experience yet?

Baht in cash (it must be cash) and preferably in Baht. Just keep a stash of

Baht that you don't use and only carry with you on re-entry. It is unlikely to be asked for, but could be.

I don't recall ANYONE posting about being questioned about holding a DTV when flying in being required to show proof of the 500K baht 🙁

Being required to show WHY you applied for the DTV? Yes, people are asked that

I just said I didn't recall people being asked to show proof of funds (the 500K baht banked) when they stamp IN

No reports of someone been asked to show that at the airport. There is no written rule it is a requirement as part of entry.

Almost certainly, if funds are demanded on entry it will be the 20K in cash not 500K in the bank. Immigration won't accept any funds in electronic form at the borders. It's strictly cash only.
