What are the best options for applying for a DTV, and can I use Revolut accounts for the process?

Hello everyone,

I’m finally ready to apply for the DTV! 

I’ve been reading so many different things and I’m hesitating between applying in Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh, or Jakarta.

I also have a Revolut account, and I’ve seen that some people still managed to apply successfully with it. If that’s true, I’d love to hear some positive feedback from you 🙂

Since I’m the owner of a company, I’d also like to know: do I need to provide the last 3 months of the company’s bank statements as well?

I’ve written to several embassies about Revolut but haven’t received any answers yet. Any advice or real experiences would be super helpful!

All are good but less people visit Manilla so there are less postings from there.

I don't think Revolut has a banking licence in all countries it operates in so it will likely depend where your account is held

Anonymous participant really? A business licence is not the same thing as a banking licence. I thought what revolut had in Switzerland was a licence from FINMA to operate as a business but that is a different thing

Hi, I recently applied through Ho Chi Minh. I used revolut to show my income (I’m a freelancer so did not have payslips) but my savings were in a UK bank account.
