ORIGINAL POSTER
Hi, I have a question regarding the proof of 500,000 THB.

I have read several times that the funds must be held in a private account.

I also saw information stating that if the account is officially a personal/private account in the applicant’s name, it is acceptable for the DTV Visa, even if customer payments are received on that account.

Is this correct?

My husband has two sole proprietorships, and the income from one of them is paid into his personal account. Could this be a problem?

As an alternative, would bank statements from Trade Republic also be accepted?

Thank you in advance for your feedback. :)

TLDR : Answer Summary
The inquiry focuses on whether funds held in a personal account that also receives customer payments from a sole proprietorship can be used to meet the 500,000 THB requirement for the DTV Visa. It is clarified that as long as the account is officially a personal/private account in the applicant's name, it is acceptable, despite receiving business income. However, acceptance may vary depending on the discretion of the visa officer reviewing the documentation. The individual is also asking if bank statements from Trade Republic would be acceptable as proof.

It all depends on who sees the paperwork, they usually prefer to see it from one bank account, but it would be up to the person reviewing the paperwork to interpret it.
