I have dtv visa i get in march this year and i stayed 180 days after that i travel to vietnam for a week and come back  and that time their is no new visa rules and they didnt ask me anything and i came normally without hustle . But if i go again and come back do i need to show them proof of 500k in bank acount and also does i need to show my soft thai activities program again  which is already completed but this time do i neeed to show again ?

There are travel agents that can arrange it. Klook, Viator, Expedia offer the service. There are also fastrack online services you can book direct wit. It should cost around 2000 THB, a bit more via some agents. I have used it before when arriving in rush hour at the airport and needed to get into central BKK very quickly.

there are no new rules. Multi entry. Report 90 days stay 180 day leave come back. Not hard to figure out.

No requirement to show funds or proof of activity currently. You can be asked though by an IO regarding your purpose of entry. You have a multi entry visa come and go as you please.

You can say holiday, I have said holiday when entering on Workcation DTV.
