Questions on Thai Spouse Visa & Extension + 90 days report

I got my 90 days single entry Non-OA visa based on spouse outside of Thailand, from what I went through the previous posts under the extension topic I can apply a 60 days extension by using the reason of visiting family for ONCE. so my questions as below

1.1 When should I apply the 60 days extension? Is it the soonest I can apply is when my current visa has 45 days left? The total date will be 150 days of stay from the date I entered Thailand, is that correct?

1.2 Do I need to do TM47 90 days report when I apply for the extension (60 days, visiting family) in a province immigration office

2.1 Do I need to do TM30 report within 24 hours arriving home in my local province immigration office after leaving 14 days ASQ in a hotel located Bangkok?

2.2 If I stay in Bangkok (rented condo) for a couple days before returning home and do not file TM30 until arriving home (province), will that an issue for me when I report TM30 in the province immigration service?

Look forward to all expertise advices and appreciate for the helpful posts in the past.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user inquires about the procedures for applying for a 60-day extension on their 90-day Non-O visa based on marriage, as well as the associated reporting requirements (TM30 and TM47). Key questions include the timeline for applying for the extension, the necessity of filing a TM47 report when applying, and the expectations for TM30 reporting after returning home from an ASQ hotel. Community responses clarify that the user can apply for the extension with 30 to 45 days remaining on their visa, and that TM reporting requirements only begin after the extension is granted.

First off you got a 90 day Non-O visa (not an O-A) ;) BUT let's get your question answered

1.1 depending on the immigration office you use you can apply for the 60 day extension based on visiting family when you have between 45 days and 30 days left on your current 90 day entry stamp. They will ADD the 60 days to your current expiration date

1.2 nope, you do not start filing 90 day reporting until AFTER you get that 60 day extension, that's what starts the count down clock

2.1 when you get back to where you live you go file a TM30

2.2 nope, no issue at all
