TLDR : Answer Summary
You can extend your Non-O visa by either obtaining a 60-day extension due to COVID-19 or applying for a one-year extension based on marriage. The 60-day extension is available immediately, while the one-year extension requires proof of financial stability (400K THB in a bank account for two months or a monthly income of 40K THB). All extensions cost 1,900 THB.

You have the following two options:

1. Get a 60 day extension of stay based on unable to travel due to COVID-19. This stamp starts on the day you get it.

2. A one year extension of stay based on marriage. You will need 400K THB season in a bank account for two months, or have income of 40K THB.

I do not recommend taking a 60 day extension of stay based on visiting Thai family because you can get that only once per visa (some immigration offices allow it once per entry though).

All extension of stay are 1,900 THB.

thank you for your reply Benjamin for the second option it's not working for me because i got the visa based on my Thai son . and for the first option i have to wait till before my stamp expired and go get the extension to benefit with the whole 60 days is that right ?

for the first option, you can get a one year extension of stay based raising half Thai children. You need 400K THB but you do not need it seasoned.

For the 60 day extension of stay based on unable to travel due to COVID-19, you can get it close to the last day of your stamp.
