Good Morning, I moved from a rented condo to a condo i own.
As a owner, appart from passport copies, what documents should i bring to JOMTIEN immigration for TM30?
Is TM 28 still a requirement?
I did 90 days report recently, should i do an other one or wait for next one?
Thanks

TLDR : Answer Summary
An owner moving to a new property must submit a TM30 form to Jomtien immigration. As a condo owner, it's essential to bring the 'chanote' (title deed) showing your name, along with passport copies. TM28 is likely not required, but it's advisable to check if Jomtien requests it. Your recent 90-day report must reflect your new address, otherwise, you will need to file an updated report.

Thanks, it is Done. No tm28 required . it can be noted that when I told the photocopy guy I was coming for tm30 as owner, he wanted to copy the blue book as well as the chanote.
So unless you filed the most recent 90 day report with the new address of the condo you own I would take the "chanote" <- the title deed that has your name on the back showing you own the condo and go file a TM30.
I don't think Jomtien requires TM28 change of address form but if they do just fill it out too.
