Hello. I'm looking at moving from Bangkok to Hua Hin Town.

I keep seeing posts about how in Chiang Mai and Jomtien a tm30 is a necessity.

Is it the same in Hua Hin?

Thanks

TLDR : Answer Summary
When moving to Hua Hin from Bangkok, you are required to file a TM.30 at either of the immigration offices in Hua Hin. Additionally, it’s advisable to file a TM.28 to update your address in the immigration database.

You can file a TM.30 at both immigration offices in Hua Hin, the main one and the little satellite office in Blu Port Mall.

When you move you should also file a TM.28 change of address that gets you into the immigration data base in Hua Hin.
