American passport, currently visa exempt.

Going to IT Square Lakshmi tomorrow.

Do I need a tm30 or a tm6?

They didn't hand out the tm6 on the airplane this year, I heard it was now just for land border crossing. Can anyone confirm?

I have the passport photos and the tm7 from my hotel.

And I have photocopies of my passport and entry stamp pages.

Anything I am forgetting?

Bonus points if you have been to this specific location recently.

Thanks in advance!

TLDR : Answer Summary
The original poster (OP) seeks clarification on whether they need a TM30 or TM6 form for a visa extension at IT Square Laksi, as they currently hold an American passport and are visa exempt. The comments confirm that the TM6 is no longer distributed for air entries, while the TM30 is required for certain circumstances, particularly influenced by the individual's entry history. The OP has prepared necessary documents, including passport photos and TM7 from their hotel.

I believe that the OP has the answers needed for his question.

We wish him success in obtaining the 30 day extension of stay at the IT Laksi Square Thai immigration office in Bangkok.

There's no one on the group that's gonna be able to tell you with 100% accuracy IF you'll be asked for a TM30 or not.. Some people aren't asked, BUT some people are, and they're sent away if they can't provide one

It seems to be tied to your previous entry/stay history to an extent, and if you have an extension from a different office or province in your passport from a previous entry they seem to ask for a TM30 for bangkok

They don't give out arrival/departure cards (TM6) when you enter by air anymore

the TM7 doesn't come from your hotel, that's the application form for the extension

The hotel gives you a TM30 receipt

dig.

I meant to say the hotel helped me print and fill out the tm7.

Thanks again!
