I am about to apply for a 30 day extension to my 60 day tourist visa which has 14 days left on it.

Can I please ask are my timings correct to make the application?

Also I have the TM7 which seems straightforward aside from the reference to a TM6 which according to google is discontinued therefore should I just leave this part blank?

Finally I believe I need to ask my landlord to submit a TM30 to my local immigration office in Hua Hin where I am staying?

Thanks in advance 🙏🏻

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user seeks confirmation about the timing for applying for a 30-day extension to their 60-day tourist visa and clarifies the confusion regarding the TM6 form. They also inquire about the submission of the TM30 form by their landlord at the local immigration office in Hua Hin. Responses indicate that applications can be made 45 days before the visa expiry, and the TM6 form can be left blank if it was not issued. Additionally, typical requirements for the extension include a TM30, passport photos, copies of stamps in the passport, and a fee.

Normally, tm30, small passport photo, copies of passport with all the stamps, 1900b. and time waiting for them to process.

In HH you can apply 45 days prior to your stamp expiry so obviously on a 30 day stamp you can apply any time.

If you flew in to Thailand or entered via some land borders then you wouldn’t have been given a TM6 so just leave it blank on the form.

I do not know the policy of HH about the need for a TM30 for a short term extension. Hopefully others with direct experience can advise.
