TLDR : Answer Summary
When applying for a one-year extension of a NON-O visa based on retirement in Thailand, it is typically necessary to provide a TM.30 address registration receipt and a rental contract. In cases where the landlord does not have a chanotte (land title deed), a house book, rental contract, and the landlord's ID card should suffice to complete the application process.

Is she is the house owner in the house book? If so you will need a copy of her ID.

Normally a receipt of your TM.30 address registration and your lease contract should be sufficient for the extension. If you don’t have a TM.30, you’ll need a copy of the housebook, rental contract and landlords ID-card to do it yourself before you apply for the extension.
