I'm applying for an extension on O-A Visa. I live with my girlfriend but don't have a yellow book. What can I use to show where I'm registered at? Thanks.

TLDR : Answer Summary
To apply for an extension on your O-A Visa without a yellow book, you can provide the TM30 receipt. This receipt should have been filed either by you, your girlfriend, or the landlord when you registered your residence with Thai immigration. The consensus among commenters is that the TM30 is sufficient for immigration purposes, and the yellow book is not necessary.

Don't waste your time with yellow book, i did it it's 100% useless for immigration.

you show the TM30 receipt that you or your g/f OR the land lord was supposed to have filed on you when you took up residence at that place.
