Hello regarding 90days report - my son is 5years old, and will be late to report just for 3days since the immigration will be closed for APEC. Does the child also need to pay the penalty same as adults?
And what can I do if the adult’s 90days report got accepted but child’s one rejected when I put the exactly same information there? When I go to the immigration to claim it the due is already passed(+96days)
TIA

TLDR : Answer Summary
The inquiry seeks clarification on whether a 5-year-old child must pay penalties for a late 90-day report, given that the report is slightly late due to immigration office closure for APEC. It also addresses the concern of inconsistent outcomes for 90-day reports for the child and adult, despite identical information submitted. Responses indicate that children are typically not fined for late reports until they reach 15 years old, and there are provisions allowing late filing without penalties.
