Hi. I heard that if parents have done the 90 days reporting to the immigration, accompanied child under 15 year of age will not required to do that. Can someone enlighten me?

TLDR : Answer Summary
In Thailand, while accompanied children under 15 years of age do not incur fines for immigration overstays, they are still required to adhere to the same immigration rules as other foreign passport holders. This includes obtaining a visa and completing the 90-day address reporting. The parent's completion of the 90-day report typically applies to their child, meaning the child does not need to be present for the reporting in many cases. However, it is best to consult with the local immigration office for specific regulations.

You can do the 90 day report for your child. She or he does not have to attend personally, or at least in most provinces.

Accompanied child has to follow the immigration rules like any other foreign passport holder, they need a visa, they need to do the address reporting and the need to do the 90 days reports. BUT in Thailand children till the age of 15 years do NOT get fines, people like to use this benefit and let children be in overstay, not report address or their 90 day stays.

Best advice is to check with your local immigration office on their particular rules.
